Ordering

We work hard to make sure all the product descriptions, specificatiomns and pricing listed on this website are correct - however, we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. In the event it does we are sorry but we won't be able to accept your order. We will however contact you with a full explanation and alternative offer. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Exchange

First and foremost we want to bring you pleasure in a cup by providing you with the highest coffee quality always - if for some reason you order beans from us and they just don't seem to taste quite right, please send them back (within a reasonable timeframe) so we can test them to see what went wrong and replace them for you.

Shipping

 

Our roast day is Monday. Orders will be sent out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and depending on availability within 24-48 hrs of time of order after that.

Standard delivery includes protection against damage/loss up to a value of 20GBP and tracking for orders of 2.5kg and more.

If you would like smaller orders to be sent with tracking and/or would like for your order to be sent with full content insurance against damage or loss, please get in touch via email before finishing your order via the webshop and we will take care of you indivdually: hello(a)kontextcoffee.com
