Meredith's bespoke creation this year is a blend of texture and high-quality flavour: it pairs our Ethiopian Bookkisa Natural with a rich, aromatic 76% dark chocolate from Jamaica. For an addictive finish, it incorporates finely ground coffee, crunchy coffee bean "nibs," and a delicate sprinkle of Halon Mon Welsh Smoked Sea Salt.

Jamaica 76% cocoa dark chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter), roasted & ground Ethiopia Bookkisa coffee, Halen Mon smoked sea salt. Chocolate cocoa solids 76% minimum.
